5 Bedroom Residential

This is a design proposal project of a 5 bedroom detached residential house situated  in Birmingham, UK. I designed the house to meet all of the clients requirements and needs. It was a challenge which I had to approach on my own with just measurements of the location, I however ticked all boxes leading to a successful design. I went through the full process right the way from site analysis to final drawings and rendering keeping the RIBA stages in hand.

The concept of the design was to have all areas of within and outside house interlinked with a strong connection, along with a dominant featured spiral staircase leading to the first floor.
