This proposal includes offering affordable and high-quality studios for creators and providing decent spaces for galleries, events, and exhibitions to foster Birmingham's art development.  There are three phases of this project. The first phase would be two blocks of residential art-apartment and gym facilities. The Second Stage would be a complex building with an aparthotel, canal-side social hub, events/ exhibitions space, and artists' studio. For the third stage, we will mainly focus on developing an entertainment hub for everyone. In phase 3 , you can have fun with your kids in our open space installation art playground or enjoy food and drink from a different culture with your family and friends in our state-of-the-art food pods. Alternatively, you could enjoy our signature banana warehouse restaurant and bar, or visit our art gallery and purchase art products from our art shop to support local artists.
