Based in Lambretta (Milan), a empty and unused space was to be transformed into a factory, which will create and fit bespoke leather interior for vehicles. The fusion of automotives, fashion and the city’s history, “Park Inn Leather” passionately transforms clients’ vehicles into glamorous showpieces in various stages and processes. This required intelligently designed building and spaces, which are aesthetically pleasing, practical and fit in with the surrounding context. Juxtaposition, along with various techniques and methods had been employed, ultimately lead to a contrast between a modern contemporary design and the building’s original form, which also ensured historical significance was retained.

This project involved transformation of spaces to be used by public and private. The building is called 'the observation tower' as its situation in a location which allows you to see far distances also allowing them to watch activities taking place. The site is situated right in the heart of Nottingham (Uk), next to the Nottingham canals. The tower is designed with key spaces and requirements including observation area, archive/ reading area, reception also accommodation for two individuals. The key aim was for the design to fit within the site and surroundings also adapt to the main activities which take place like fishery.
